Abstract

In article focuses on the main milestones in the development of the Soviet labor market, right up to its official closure at the end of 1930, and the first measures of the Soviet government in the sphere of labor hiring are systematized. In this article, the author considers the main stages of the Soviet labour markets evolution until 1930. The first measures of the Soviet policy on the labour market are systemized.
