"Prospects of State Policy in the Sphere of Modernization of Russian Education"

Abstract

The main goal of the presented article is to explicate the leading modernization trends taking place in Russian education and the role that the state plays in the digitalization of domestic universities. The article examined the main socio-cultural aspects of the digitalization of Russian education as a rather ambivalent, but at the same time more positive process that opens up new opportunities for both students and teachers. At the same time, attention was focused on the fact that digitalization will ensure the introduction of lifelong education practices in the system of training and advanced training of Russian officials. The article describes the transformation of educational practices of a person whose socialization takes place in digital reality. The authors of the article associate the prospects of state policy in the educational sphere with the implementation of the "third mission" of the university, aimed at creating the necessary public goods, the forced formation of the institutional environment of its own region. In conclusion, the article concludes that the modernization of Russian education in the light of the introduction of digital practices is an important state task necessary to create a competitive human resource management system.
