The article is devoted to the importance of ideological modernization in the development of public understanding. Ideology not only predetermines practice, but also rests on it. From this point of view, the declarative rejection of ideology means nothing more than the borrowing of other peoples ideological concepts. Due to the development of communications and increased speeds of movement, the isolation of certain "cultural regions" is being eliminated, which expands the sphere of influence of ideologies. The presence of ideology is not only a matter of being, consciousness and mentality of a modern person, but also the sociocultural lever that is able to provide the possibility of coordinated human activity, as well as confirm the fidelity of managerial strategy. The main question is how to combine personal freedom and social efficiency in the new paradigm? How to maintain an autonomous personal beginning in the instrumental world and connect development with social goals? These questions are answered in this article.
